Header air tube question
Wanting to buy the TPS headers that are on sale.
The picture shows they have connections for the air tubes, no mention of getting headers without them.
I recall reading using block off plates on these could possibly make the tube leak where it’s welded to the header years down the road.
Going to run them with catless x pipe (might add A and A or ECS supercharger in future), and getting the coated version for free on the sale.
Anyone know if this is a potential problem down the road?

I have read that they will crack there due to vibration. You could cut them off and have that area welded closed

Ok I ordered the coated C5 headers, looking forward to seeing how the car sounds, will look into ECS mail order tune and bolt on the LS6 intake I bought last year.
