Default Car won’t shut off

Need help with a diagnosis. 98 c5 a&a supercharged, cammed, has meth kit( not setup yet) yada yada… bought it a couple days ago with everything APPARENTLY working. No problems when I was riding in it with the guy, then before I even get home car starts shitting on me. Lost 3rd gear from an apparently “built t56”, and found out it DOES leak water from driver side onto the seat, but what’s most baffling is the car intermittently wont shut off. I can pull the key and everything. Checked codes and I now have a P0102, P0103, P0280, P0281, and P0654 codes. Which the first 2 are MAF sensor codes and the second 2 are FC relays, the last one is just the speed output circuit. First thought was ignition switch. But now idk since I can clear the codes and it will shut off. But when I crank it after I clear codes it acts like it doesn’t want to start with out some throttle, though it does start. The AFR gauge and e-brake light stay on too now after the car is off and locked. Any help very much appreciated!

First thing is to stop water from coming in. It's possible it's also on the passenger side. That's REALLY bad, because the BCM lives there. Do you know what the udders are, where they're located, and how to clean them? If you're getting water on some of the electronics, that would be a good place to start. Also, how old is the battery, and can you get a reading with a DVOM? Fully charged should be 12.7v-12.8v., and while running should be at least 13.8v. Do a search, and possibly PM C5Diag. Smart guy on electronics. Hope this helps.......

Also it has an 04 ECU. The battery is fine. Stay at 13
