Driver info center
Took my 99 C5 to get a new clutch put in it and had the dealership install new rear main seal fuel filter along with throw out bearings and all the other things while they had it apart. The day after I picked it up there was a huge puddle of oil under the car, they nicked the oil seal putting it together. They took it all apart again and that took care of it. However since I picked it up my Drivers information center does not work I can’t get codes, reset key fobs or anything so I asked them to look into it, there response was that this was just a coincidence that this happened while it was in for the clutch job. It’s still not fixed and they tell me that they need more time to look into it but that at first glance they said it looks like the BCM is the issue. Now I replaced the drivers info center cluster with a good used one and still have the old one

So ironically my info center just started acting up, it just scrolls through all the options at rapid pace and won’t stop?
I tried holding down the buttons but nothing works?
assume the buttons need replace or is there another option? Or potential issue?

I changed the DIC button cluster and that did not fix it they said it probably is the BCM but they needed more time to figure it out! I just need a good C5 mechanic that knows these cars and has been down this road before because from what I’ve heard the 98-99 have these particular issues with the BCM
