Tried to do brown wire mod. LMC5
Tried to get the large connector off to do the brown wire mod and couldn’t get the clip off the BCM and didn’t want to pry and end up breaking something, any ideas would be awesome. Only had the pull key message a couple times in last two years so would you all still advise I do this. Thanks

Thanks I’ve watch the tubes, I’m trying to take of the big blue connector off the BCM where the brown wire is to be installed and it seems to really be on there tight and don’t want to screw something up by prying on it. Also it says to unhook the relay under the glove box which I haven’t checked yet, how do you get the panel off to see ifs it’s been done. Thanks for all your help

While you have the release tan depressed just wiggle the connector…you can also try spraying WD-40 where the connector meets the BCM…no panel to remove but if you’re one of our senior members it may be a little tough getting up there to see it.
