Welcome to the Forum !!…WOW your first post in 9 years !!…well to diagnose this effectively you need a “better” scan tool to look at the SCM (seat control modules) and look at some inputs to see what is happening when you activate the switches…if you have a DVOM here is the wiring for a 2001…best I can do…if you’re not good with electrical I’d take the car to an auto electric shop in your area.

Default Telescopic

Using the driver seat control I can make te telescopic work back and forth. Do no know why. It looks wiring is ok. Any other suggestion?: do the seat control (telescopic wheel) needs to handshake with ECBM trough a some king of password?

No !!…EBCM is for your antilock brakes.

Default Steering wheel telescopic switch not working

My error I am thinking BCM. Since the wiring seems to be ok because using w the seat back and front switch it moves the telescopic wheel.

the switch on the steering wheel does nothing. Can it be a software issue?

You will have to electrically troubleshoot the switch…there is no “software” involved.

The drivers seat buttons should not control the steering wheel position, no matter what switches you press. The switch on the column interfaces with the driver seat control module. The seat control module then drives the steering wheel position motor. The seat module is also on the serial databus and can be controlled by the BCM when the memory option is active. If you have the seat memory option, then the BCM would need programing for that when it was replaced.

My car did this when I replaced the BCM before I programmed the new BCM with my option codes via a TECH 2. If you do the handshake procedure the car will start, but everything will not function properly until you program the BCM with your option codes.

As I recall I also had an airbag light prior to programming the BCM.

there is two connectors beneath the drivers seat. Check that they are not plugged in tightly. One of those connectors controls the telescope. If they are plugged in correctly check for any loose wires. I had this exact problem.
