Error P0137 and P0157

Error P0137 and P0157
Hi to all.
Yesterday i entered in the Configuration diagnostic and i found these 2 error P0157 and P0137 ( Heated Oxygen Sensor low voltage bank1/bank2 Sensor 2). Status: C current.
But the Engine Check icon was not light on.
When i turn the ignition key, the Engine Check icon lights for a few seconds ad then disappear, so i suppose that is all normal.
The car is with an aftermarket exaust system.

When the ignition switch is turned on the check engine light should remain on during this "bulb check"...the 2 DTC's are "low voltage" on both rear O2 sensors...could be wiring, exhaust leak, bad sensors, a lean condition...without some diagnostic equipment may be difficult to repair so changing parts would be your only option.

Can someone suggest to me an internet site where is possibly to buy them? The GM OEM codes?
Here in Italy is very difficult to find the spare parts.
I prefer to buy them in the USA and pay the tax for the shipment.
