Try cycling the flasher several times, and then checking the turn signals. Far, far too common a problem for a part that is rather a significant pain to replace.
Just did that… now the switch is being temperamental… only comes on now at one specific contact point if I hold it down, and only blinks a couple times. Still nothing in the front. To clarify, neither hazards nor signals work in front.
Just realized something else… hazards now work only if I have one of the directional blinkers on. Still nothing in the front.
You probably need a new 4 way flasher, and may need a new multifunction switch. Both are far more difficult to replace than they should be. IDK WHAT GM was thinking when this design crossed the chief electrical engineers desk...
