Just had long tube headers, high flow cats, and x-pipe on my 99 C5 and have just noticed a ticking noise coming from the engine that wasn’t present before (aside from normal LS1 noises).
The car drives totally fine and don’t notice any performance issues. The noise is most noticeable at idle.
Anything I can check or is this normal with headers?

If it wasn't ticking before the header install, my $$$ is on an exhaust leak somewhere. It may not be at the heads to header junction, either. Did you use new manifold gaskets?
