What Else Do I Need for a Diff Swap?
I got my 3.42 rear diff and torque converter and want to begin this swap process soon!
I ordered 2x rear diff axle seals, some ATF and the differential fluid additive. I also got a new transmission filter and pan gasket. Is there a rear diff fluid you all would recommend?
I believe I can use the adapter plate from my 2.73 diff in the 3.42 that I ordered. Are there any other seals, or other things I should replace? Anything else I am missing?
This will be my first big project on a car aside from replacing and fixing some normal wear and tear stuff like starters and alternators. Any tips?
