Yes I got a c5 1998 and now I can’t use it because she goes on reduced engine power because of traction control problems theres a way that I can bypass the system in order to use it Code P1516
Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes or so, if that doesn't work you should remove the passenger wheelwell cover where the PCM and TAC module resides. Pull connectors on TAC module and spray with electronic contact cleaner, also inspect the wiring harness, you might have to replace the TAC module, hope not.
