Default VetteLights Hyperflash Resistors

I have recently changed most of my lights to LED's. I am preparing to swap out the parking/turn signals on the front corners. Does anyone know for sure if you need too use the resistors, at the lights, if you have already installed a hyperflash module under the dash? Vette-Lights told me that I didn't, but the gentlemen that I spoke to didn't sound like he knew for sure. Are the resistors just to prevent hyperflash? Any technical know-how is appreciated.

You do not. The hyperflash harness is enough. Been running this way for years. If I remember correctly, the harness has a flasher that is correctly spec for leds.

The resistors eliminate hyper-flash by pulling more load on the circuit to mimic a traditional bulb while the hyper-flash harness basically overrides the car from being resistance-sensitive to determine speed. Both are effective at eliminating hyperflash by themselves or there are also no no adverse effects from running both in combination (though there is no added benefit from running both either).
