Headlight Noise, Closing HELP !!!!!
Just came home and when I turned the headlights off they shut but there was a grinding noise for about 15 to 20 seconds. They open and close okay the the noise is there. Does not sound good, like gears stripping. It's the passenger side only...(97 Coupe)

Noticed a little Squeek when I Closed my lights last night too.
Def. the Left light sort of squeeks when it closes. Called my dealer this morning.
Going to replace it no questions asked.

Mine also made a grinding/racheting noise after I shut the lights off. Make sure they aim the headlight after the fix - mine was way off! :cuss

Just got done replacing it, 1/2 hour job but a little hard on the pocket book. Thanks for all the replys...
