Has anyone used a VXDIAG Nano GM to turn of the TPMS on an '02 C5? Looking at purchasing one and wanted to make sure it would work like a tech2 for disabling the tire pressure sensor messages.
My 2000 since I’ve had it reads blank on all sensors don’t know if they were set up when the previous owner put new tires on or not, but I don’t miss them going off like on other vehicles. Maybe I’ll be sorry sometime.
I don’t remember will have to check, I know it shows all 4 but no reading
Are you aware of them not working until you're moving? I think it's to save the batteries, but on my 2000 model they read nothing until moving around 5-10mph.
I'm tired of the service tpms message every time i start my car. Probably could get temporary use of a tech2 to disable the tpms monitor but if the VXDIAG Nano would do it I will make the purchase.
Anyone with any experience here?

I believe that except for updating the pcm software the vcx nano fully emulates the tech2. So you should be able to remove the tpms system from the bcm as long as your C5 is a 01-04.
I agree don’t like any of the messages popping up that’s why I never tried to program them with a magnet
The strong magnet works every time! Try getting one from a trans repair shop. They're black, and look like a donut. They come in OEM trans pans to grab metallic particles.
Slip them over the stem, they are strong, and they work great!!
