Default Fighting 2 seperate codes p1638/p0103

Hey guys I recently had 2 codes pop up. I haven't driven the car much since buying it (alot of personal things going on). But I did drive it home for 14.5 hours after buying it. The battery went dead shortly after buying it as I left the door open too long and killed it (was 6 years old). So I put in the same 1000cca battery (die hard) that was in it. The car already has a power master alternator installed with a 2 gauge wire from alternator post to battery. The car threw zero codes the whole 14.5 hour drive home with several stops. P1638 is charging system fault (also on dic). Battery is at 12.5 or higher sitting and is 14 5 idling.

I cleaned the terminals, left battery unhooked for a while, and the car sits on a tender 24/7.

it's also throwing p0103 for the mass air sensor. The car is supercharged but still has MAF. I took it off and cleaned it and the plug.

The car kicks the check engine light on, not sure if it's from the MAF or battery code. I did a bunch of searching and saw some post about the starter terminal. It's hard to get to with long tubes but from what I can see looks pretty dirty (nut looks a little rusted). Can the starter terminal possibly cause the MAF code and charging system fault? Going to be fun trying to clean that lol.

How do I check the fusible links at the starter? Electrical stuff is not my strong point so I greatly appreciate any guidance/suggestions. Thank you
