Copied from another post:
Turn off the ignition.
Remove the Fuse of the HVAC control module located in the floor of the pass. side fuse box (fuse #27 only). There is another HVAC fuse (don't recall the #), it does not need removing.
Important: The module memory will not clear if the fuse is re-installed in less than 60 seconds (59 won’t reset it & you don't have to wait 5 minutes either). Wait 60 seconds minimum.
Re-install #27 fuse.
Start car, turn on AC
How to tell if this calibration is off? I've never heard of this before.
If you run a diagnostic on your DIC you will get a fault code in your HVAC module if the angle of the doors is not fully sweeping both open and closed. A recalibration will often solve this problem.
This happened to me after replacing a battery. Hot on drivers side and ice cold on the passenger side. Clearing the HVAC codes on the dash recalibrated the doors without the need to pull any fuses. Anything that keeps me out of that passenger side floorboard is a plus!

Amen to that, brother! I hope the brilliant GM engineer that placed that fuse panel down there needs to do this weekly, if not daily!!
Just tried pulling #27 fuse for a minute. Man, what a PITA getting to the fuse block down there... Anyway, I get no air movement but can hear the fan blowing. Tried turning the fan speed all the way up but get nothing from the vents... A/C is operating.

Does it blow out the defroster or floor vents at all? I'm headed to the dealer tomorrow to see if they can figure it out. My ac works but it blows out of all the vents regardless the mode selected.

Blows out the defroster opening and floor vents. Nothing from the middle top vent. Tried recirc mode and mixed mode. No air at all with fan at top speed. A/C on...
Are you guys all 70 years old and fat as **** or what? It's not that hard getting to that fuse panel. I am glad to hear that the recal procedure seems a lot less finicky on the C5 than it is on the trucks. The wife's Envoy is a nightmare any time you disconnect the battery, I end up hooking power to the thing elsewhere any time the battery comes out because it always overstrokes an actuator on that recal procedure which requires more setup than I've seen in this thread.

I'm almost almost 70, and not fat as ****. But I do have back problems, and have 5 vertebrae fused. Healthy, old, fat as ****, or whatever, it is still a **** location for a fuse box. Period. Hopefully, you'll make it to 70, and be healthier than I am at this age.
