Default 600-700 flywheel hps

Thinking about upgrading my ls6 (04z). Looking at a 600-700 hp crate motor (flywheel). I also plan on an rpm level 5 t56 w/new clutch. Curious guys who make this power, are there other things i need to consider? Or will i be ok for the most part

seems largest tb we can do is an ls2 tb ?

car,
04zo6
Low mileage street car, not a daily driver
Goal would be 550-600 rwhp

You will need to build your differential. At a minumum your diff needs to have a C6 Z06 pinion support, side gears, output shafts, and clutch pack. I would STRONGLY suggest the ECS trans / diff brace AND torque tamer as well. And a remote bleeder for your slave cylinder while you are doing it all.

There really is no need for anything larger than 90mm at that power level. You COULD go to a 102mm (several companies make them), but you may run into some low speed and part throttle issues.

Poke your head into Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh and chat them up. They do TONS of C5 builds. Good people there. Had them fix a fucked up tune I got from RPM in Garner.

Rather than an engine swap, have you considered just adding a blower?
