Default Oil pressure not consistent

Hello. I hope everyone is having a nice day.
My oil pressure is all over the place. I recently put a new oil pressure sensor in the car so now it isn’t pegged at 80 all the time.
However my oil pressure is fluctuating a lot more the past few days then it was.
When stopped at a traffic light the pressure goes down to 0 and sometimes when driving under 20 mph is will get close to 10 psi. If I rev the car then it will go back up to close to 40. Sometimes the pressure will go from really low to extremely high and then back down to low.

Before I go and buy a bunch of stuff to fix it, are there some simple things it could be that I may be missing? Pcv valve? Blocked lines?

The OP sensor is a 3 wire sensor that uses a 5 volt reference, a signal wire and a sensor ground...all 3 go to the PCM..if you have some high resistance or a bad connection in that circuit the pressure will fluctuate....to check for "terminal tension' (loose connection) I use either the wire with the same size terminal and if I hold the connector upside down and it doesn't fall out it is good..you can buy this kit with different size pins also.
