The cast iron manifolds introduced in 2001 are the same across all C5's including Z06. We've only got a stack of about 20 sets wasting room. The 2000 and older stamped stainless steel manifolds aren't any worse for horsepower... and really are not any better, IMO... based on dyno results I have seen. Also, the 2000 and older manifolds have exit points in different locations than the 2001 and newer. So, the 2001 and newer manifolds will not retrofit back to the older C5's without 3 changes. 1) The entrance point for the passanger side air tube is in different location necessatating air tube swap. 2) Dip stick needs changed. 3) Because the manifold exit locations are different this means the intermediate pipe assemblies are not interchangeable... unless you are good at sectioning and welding. IMO, your better off going to a long tube setup if you want true horsepower gains. :)
