Default Help with my o1 zo6

Hey everyone.. new to group so I hope this is the correct place.. I got a 01 zo6 with almost 70k miles.. I’ve been having an issue with, the other day it started when I was on the highway in 6th for about 20 miles.. went to down shift to 5th and was stuck in 6th took a few mins but once I was able to stop off the highway I muscle back into neutral and continued my drive completely fine.. later that day leaving work.. got stuck in 4th and was only able to muscle it back to neutral “towed it home” … Fast foward to yesterday I had a b&m shifter delivered hoping that was my issue.. got it installed and it drove fine.. now this morning it’s didn’t wanna come out of second after 5 mins of driving…. With it parked in my driveway I can change gears somewhat.. doesn’t wanna go to neural that well though… with it running.. neutral has a slight whine once you let of clutch… I know I didn’t lock the alignment pin prior to removing stock shifter?? Could thus be my issue even though it was happening before i installed new shifter?? Car also just got a full trans, and diff fluid change.. as well.. sorry for the confusing post.. very hard to explain the actual issue without witnessing it.. could the shifter be off alignment then slightest bit?? Or no cause the issue was there before shifter install?? I’m lost and just wanna drive my car lol.. any help is much appreciated

How was the clutch behaving? Feel normal? Have a look at the clutch fluid....is it black or clear?

Did you change the transmission fluid yourself? What fluid was put back in, and how much? Maybe it's low, you can check by pulling the plug from the transmission and checking.

I'm assuming that you don't have a bleeder on the clutch line, what kind of shape is the clutch fluid in?

Haven’t taken a look at clutch fluid yet.. I’ll pop that open once I’m home from work and go there.. could shifter be off alignment tho.. If I didn’t use pin to look it before uninstalling?

I don't think your clutch is fully disengaging.

I couldn't really tell from your first post, but are you able to get into all the gears decently with the engine off? It sounds to me like insufficient clutch disengagement as @ThomasR mentioned.
