The LED screen in my climate control finally went black at 46k miles. Bought a precision soldering iron and appropriate solder, removed console and unit with no problem, opened the climate control, soldered screen connections, and it still didn't work. My soldering wasn't as neat as hoped, and I damaged the big plug-in (inside) trying to remove it. Looking online, I found "rebuilt" replacements in the $600-800 range, and a few places charging $150 and up for this repair. Then I remembered seeing ads for years from ABSFixer in Corvette Magazine. I checked their web site (absfixer.com), and found they repair these units for $75. (I had forgotten they previously rebuilt an ABS EBCM for a 2000 Olds for me years ago, and was totally satisfied both with their work, price, and turn-around time.)
Sending the unit via Priority Mail, it arrived in their hands in two days, fixed that day, and shipped it next day back to me in Washington State via FEDEX which took three days at no additional charge.. They un-did the mess I made immaculately, even buffed out the scratch on the LED screen, and it works perfectly. With two experiences with ABSFixer, I fully recommend this company to address your ABS EBCM, and Climate Control, door, seat modules without reservation. I also ask the Corvette Forum moderators to include ABSFixer in the CF vendor list as a public service. Their address is: ABSFixer

I think the correct link is https://www.absfixer.net
absfixer.com redirects there anyway so both will get you to the right place.
