Hey all,
I have just disassembled an ls1 aluminum block and just got it back from the wash. Upon inspection of the lifter area, I can see what seems to be corrosion on the parts of the block where the lifters sit. Is this cause for concern? I can't wipe it off easily and it also has built up on the surface.
