VATS key contact points
This afternoon I took apart the ignition switch on my 2002 C5 as the contacts were causing the ABS and HVAC to not function. As I was bolting the switch back into the dash I was not paying close enough attention and pinched the wires that go to the VATS key contacts in the switch and they tore off at the base where they go into the plastic housing in the front of the lock cylinder. Does anyone know if there is a part number for this or would I just be better off replacing the entire ignition lock cylinder all together? I was able to do a temporary repair so I can start the engine but this wont last forever.
