Hey everyone. I'll explain my issue and your opinion is highly appreciated. I have a modified 2003 zo6. It has a Fast 102 intake and the throttle body I think is from an LS2. It's completely electronic no little place for coolant hoses or anything else. I bought the car this way. I recently had it retuned because I put a new Halltech cold air intake on it . Ran great after re tuning it. After this I was doing so maintenance. I took off the filter from the throttle body and wow, it was dirty. Took it off cleaned it up nice, plugged it back in. Then the idle was running upto 2100 rpm when coming up to stop. Then sitting there for 20 seconds or so it would idle back down to normal. Took it back to my mechanic, he tweaked the tune, he said he lowered the air at idle to stop the high idle. Now driving for 30 minutes or so. Now it wants to stall when coming to a stop. If I turn the AC off it will idle normal. I'm thinking the throttle body is not operating properly. I could check the ohms but I don't what the numbers should be.
This was a tough one to explain. Any help is appreciated.

 

It’s possible that you have excess oil from your filter element on the mass air flow sensor wires.
