Default Mystery Lines Under Car

Trying to figure out what looks like was one line that got rubbed through like on axle. It comes out of a bump out box in rear of passenger side and goes over rear drive train and up into the torque tube tunnel of the car. It says "Not Repairable" in yellowish green lettering on it.

I am replacing torque tube and while under there trying to repair stuff and not certain what this is.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Default Torque Tube Bell Housing Ground Wire?

Torque tube rebuilt, ready to assemble, and for the life of me, I don't remember this wire, I have a vague recollection of it coming off the torque tube bell housing bolt, but thought perhaps I better double check, but I haven't found any images or information that gives me an answer and don't see it in my collection of photos I took. It is part of the large wiring harness that is secured to the torque tube in a concealed location when all in place (I didn't find it until after I yanked on the torque tube a bit and decided I better investigate before going full force.) In any event, that ground wire has me worried that I pulled something out in the process and wanted to verify where it goes. Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Best regards,

Russell

Why, and who, put a "not repairable" sticker/tag on it?

That text is original to hose, screen printed or whatever during manufacturing, repeatedly across length of the hose/line.
