Rare column lock isssue
My 98 is an early build Went thru the GM recall that’s when things went south. Had the pull key issue and was on speed dial with compliance parts Richard. I did the LMC5 module but it did not fox the issue. Can’t do the brown wire fox because my 98 build is to early. I got a new BCM installed and instead of pull key I now just have the column lock message which I erase with the reset I’m just wondering if anyone else ever had this same type of issue? Just the column lock message. Car drives perfect. Brand new battery.
