I replaced the BCM. Still have same issues. Bought from Ebay. ???????
Checked all fuses. All good. Swapped relays around for Ignition.
Now at a loss.. Help please. Next step, Dealership and poor house.
Check all fuses and grounds….. I blew a random fuse in passenger footwell by accidentally making contact with the cigarette lighter shorting it out when removing my center dash bezel….. car wouldn’t start and was getting lots of whacky codes….. took me a long while to figure out which fuse was actually blown…… also lots of these whacky issues on the C5 pop up with a loose or corroded ground point…. Lots of videos on YouTube showing locations of each ground….. I would bet money it’s either a fuse or ground issue.
Did you perform a BCM relearn procedure after installing the ebay BCM? The BCM has to learn the resistance of the key pellet and has to establish communication with the PCM, the procedure is here on this site.
I am assuming that no start means that the engine is not cranking over? All no cranking problems should begin by checking that the TDR relay is or is not being energized, you should hear it click on when you turn the Ignition switch to the start position. The TDR is the relay that sends 12v power to energize the starter, it is located above the BCM in the passenger footwell area.
