Ok so I’ll start off by saying what all we have replaced it’s my buddies corvette it’s a 98 auto vert car. It has a brand new starter, battery 120rc, ignition switch, I also bypassed the vats the key is #7. We have cleaned and taken the grounds off and cleaned them from all the corrosion. It’s still doing them same thing maybe the resistor for the bypass isn’t working right? Since I bypassed the vats there would be no need for him to buy a new tumbler right?? I’m helping him as much as I can Im no professional so I’m just going off all the research I’ve done and still at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated

ok may try that too I’m not familiar with all those codes and looked all of them up still can’t figure out what’s wrong with it tho. P1626 is tdr delay malfunction. I pulled it out lastnight and jumped the red and purple wire it started and idled fine
