HELP! Which Cam??
Need you help picking which cam and were from??

Sorry my car has halltec system, and corsa exhaust! Will add ls6 intake at the same time I do the cam!

You should call Comp Cams here in Memphis. Tell them what you want and they will break it down for you. But there is a lot of knowledge here on the board. Someone will chime in and get you an idea in the right direction.

Forum member "Redgar" has a Vettedoctors Cam Only setup with STOCK HEADS. His car is putting down 385 RWHP thru stock cats, with the stock LS1 manifold. His A4 has run back to back 11.6s @ 115 MPH with 3.42 gears IMHO this is tremendous performance for a cam only car. Give the Vettedoctors a call.

You can do quite a bit of your own research by going to the "Search" section in the top left hand side of this page and enter "cam" and Archives not recent and you with find a plethora of information, some of which will be useless and some will be very close to exactly what you are looking for. You will find NO right answer only varied oppinions. Even the tuners will dissagree. You need to state your goal and what other components you will you use to get there. Heads, intake ,tuning,headers etc. Also your tolerance for rough idle, durability and drivability. Lots of tradeoffs.

Sorry my car is a 99 FRC halltec Tric and corsa indys! I will put a LS6 intake on at the same time as the Cam! Weekend driver and I like to here a good lope to the idle! I stay mostly on the street but do go to the drag strip quite often!
