Hello I hope everyone is doing well. I took the exhaust manifold off the other day to change out the oil pressure sensor. Before I took the manifold off, I took the fuel rail and injectors off to look at them. I noticed that a lot of the injectors have damage to the red plastic washer. Most of them are broken. Can this cause a vacuume leak? Also I pulled the spark plugs to look at them before removing the headers to switch out the gasket. The spark plugs got replaced over a thousand miles ago, they still look brand new, not burnt or anything like that. I plan on cleaning the fuel injectors, is this plastic washer causing a vacuum leak and causing a super lean condition? Or can I just clean the injectors and look elsewhere for a lean condition? It also has a performance intake, headers, full exhaust system, and nitrous system. Could the original computer tune compensate for that and add fuel itself, or would that need a tune?

If you're hoping to show something relevant from the spark plug photo you're going to need one that's focused on the spark plug.
If you've been running "super lean" for 1,000 miles the plugs will probably show it. Decent photos and video link here.
A washer is not a gasket. I'm confused about what's cracked. If those gaskets are hard and cracked then that's one source of vac leaks. Replace. Why second guess this
