Head lamp motor blows fuses
I found this topic from a thread back in 2009. There was no answer to the problem. I now have the same problem and am hoping that in the last 14 years someone will have an answer. I turned my head lights on yesterday morning and only the pass. side came up. If I raise the drivers side manually the light is on. I check the fuse and it was blown. As I was putting in a new fuse it blew. I unplugged the wiring to the lamp and motor and tried putting in another fuse, it blew as I was placing it in the fuse holder. Any ideas how I can find the problem.

It sounds like you have a short to ground between the fuse and connector. Verify by checking continuity to ground at the fuse. I'd start with a visual and check that harness for chaffing or rodent damage.
