A relay has gone bad most likely. Pull the module and either replace the relays yourself or send the module out for repair.
Search for c5 corvette door module repair, there are several places that offer the service. ABS Fixer is one of them.

Might as well replace the window relays too since you have it out anyway.

I had the same issue with my driver's door. I sent it out for repair to Maryland. Cost around $50.00 and turnaround a week and a half. Behind the door panel and easy removal. Guaranteed for life. Whose life I don't know... I'm very satisfied with the repair.

Paul, I think you have a different problem. The fob and the unlock button should both activate the relay. If the relay is bad neither of them will work.
I think you can hook up a scan tool you can see if the button is sending a signal but I'm not sure.
