How would you go about fixing this? My rear window defroster connection came off the window, actually it's been off since I owned the car. I was thinking of soldering it back on, but exactly how would you do it?
I tend to be a bull in a china closet with small details like this, I'd drip solder all over, probably burn the rear carpet and melt the weather stripping. Thanks.
It's possible to shatter the window with the heat of a soldering gun. Conductive glue is what the dealer used on my Tahoe back glass. Check with your local dealer they should have a repair kit you can purchase.
