Default C5 convertible deck lid issue
I just bought an 03 convertible. The center of the deck lid contacts the convertible top even though the top is completely folded up. It has rubbed some paint off the edge where the two contact each other. Is there an adjustment that can be made to give it some extra clearance? Would this adjustment be to the top or the deck lid?

That is why the pad is there to protect it. Just hold the roof in a bit and it will clear.
