I have acquired a C5 with a host of wiring problems Ive been trying to get to the bottom of. This car has a Kenne Bell super charger on it and the wiring is kind of a mess.
The radio and windows will only work when the engine is running. I haven't jumped into the windows yet however there is never any power to the switched yellow wire on the back of the deck. The courtesy lights are not working and the fuses are good as well as all of the bulbs. Any help you can come up with I would appreciate.
You might want to ask a moderator to move this to the C5 section. This is hard to diagnose without more information. What do you mean by the wiring is a mess? Is it all hacked up?
If you don’t have the service manuals visit your library. When I had my 2000 the library had everything and I used them until I bought a set of manuals.
I didnt realize this was posted in the wrong place.Sorry about that. Im new to this forum.
Yes, there are cut wires going to nothin over top of the pcm on the driver side. There were extra relays added for the supercharger I assume etc etc.

Does anyone know what this 3 wire connector went to? It is located in the upper portion of the right footwell above the PCM.

I found a very similar looking 3 wire connector laying around my BCM when I went in to install a LMC5. I can only assume it was left there during one of the GM column lock recalls. I have a ‘99 MT.
I believe that connector is a fused tap for 12v positive battery (red), 12v positive ACC (yellow), and ground. A convenient power source for aftermarket radios and accessories.
