LT Header question

I have a set of Long tube headers that were put on my 2001 when it was at Doug Rippie Motorsports. They have square flanges for the A.I.R. system and the header collectors. I have not seen square flanges before, Any idea on the make of these LT Headers?

The square collector flanges have 4 bolts. one in each corner.

this is the only picture I have right now. It was from when I first purchased it. That has all been cleaned up now.

Four bolts and welded to the collector -- not the usual in either descriptor. That merge looks quite unusual as well. Painted steel, not stainless, is that correct?

I have not really looked at them that close yet. If it is just paint it must be good paint to still be on there since 2008. I will get pics of the upper parts after work. I was told they were ceramic coated?
