Turned my 02MN6 over to the tuner today. I have Blackwing, Stingers with Bassani X-pipe, 160 Thermostat, NGK's and am at 342 rwhp. Putting in the G5 cam, LGM long tubes, polishing and porting the heads with Manley springs, valves, retainers and pushrods, timing chain, oil pump, Vortex power duct, ported throttle body and U/D pulley and will LS1 tune. What do the G5 owners, or anybody for that matter, think I have to look forward to in rwhp/tq?

Depends on the specs of the heads that you are having done. Did you follow LGM specs or are you having it done according to a different manufacture? You should seriously consider adding a LS6 intake while you have the heads installed. You won't have to worry about labor charges down the road if you do upgrade the intake..

Are you going with the LGM heads or some other some other heads to go with the G5 cam? Is your car a Z06 also? 342 is pretty stout for the mods you listed. If you are going with the G5 for both heads and cam, you will probably be in the 440+ rwhp range after all is said and done. If you are going with someone elses heads it might be lower since they might not be optimal for this cam. I think you will be pretty happy either way.

man, 342rwhp is pretty good for your mods... Damn, i gotta get a friggin LS6 intake manifold on my car... my mods with headers, intake and exhaust (no tuning though) put out 20 hp less than yours and you still have yet to put headers on !!!

with base numbers like that, you should do fairly well. What are the specs on the G5 cam that u r going with? i would keep the Blackwing... no need for the Vortex (IMO). Not worth the extra money for possibly a 2-3hp gain.
Are you putting on LS6 heads? what kinda heads are you going with?

Depending on tuning (there are some in your ballpark that others wouldn't let "wash their car") and what not, maybe 425/415 +/- 10/10. Should be a nice torquey setup. :)

Will you be able to report some track times at some point? Lou gets beat on a lot because many of his customers don't drag race.

hrdtopV8, he already has an "ls6" intake since he has an 02.

I agree with toplesstexan's guess pretty much...420rwhp +/- 15rwhp.
