C5 2002 Lingenfelter with about 67 k on it started making the grinding noise. Took it to my mechanic and here is where we are so far. Clutch is bad, cracked and looking dead, throw out bearing could probably be replaced.
Ordered up the McCloud Super Street Pro, new throw out bearing and a steel flywheel.
Clutch came out and the end of the input shaft got mauled, bearing pins fell apart so I ordered a DSS aluminum drive shaft, heavy duty input shaft from Texas Drivetrain and 12 mm torque tube coupler bushings.
Am I overlooking anything, and how should this hold up for future power upgrades if I am so inclined to do so?
How much HP are you running? The super street pro can handle up to 550 HP, which I think is a little light ( I usually subtract 100 HP for margin) for Lingenfelter. I run the McLeod RXT with my boosted z06. It has held up very well and the clutch feels almost stock.

It had a heads and cam package installed, suppose to be a 430 HP package and then it had kooks long tube headers added on somewhere so I am guessing about 450 ish at the flywheel.
I don't plan on adding more power for a few years. I'm going to work on the interior this year and next.
I am kinda wishing I went with the next clutch up from McCloud but that will be next time up.
