First off do you have a decent scan tool to look at TPS voltages and some basic electrical knowledge ??...if the PCM sees the TPS voltages (1 and 2) less than 0.13 volts or more than 4.87 volts you will get the 1120 and 1220 DTC's...the 1516 is because of those 2 DTC's. I would check the power and ground on the TAC module...ignition power is pin 7 on the C2 connector and is a pink wire...pin 15 is a ground and is a black wire...the TAC module ground is G120 which is above the starter...you could have a bad TPS sensor because the 5 volt reference wire is not being pulled to ground through the sensor or maybe a bad ground on the TPS sensor which are the purple and white wires which are reference or computer grounds....hard to say....you can pull the 2 TAC module connectors and check for loose or corroded terminals...I'd be suspect of an aftermarket TPS sensor.

On my obd2 reader it says I'm getting 0.00volts to my tp sensor and 0% 4.59volts on my map sensor
