Default Suspension advice

Need some advice. Current set up has around 407-410rwhp, but the handling is iffy as it feels like the car needs to be stiffer. Need recommendations on which sway bars/end links as well as shocks vs coilovers as I’ve heard a lot of people saying the coilover price jump isn’t worth it on these vehicles due to limited adjustment.

also, have the wilwoods up front but time for some brake upgrades. Recommendations on rotors, pads? I’m thinking power stop slotted rotors with hawk pads. Thoughts?

I went with the TPS Motorsports HD sway bars OE C6 Z51 sized, USA made (1.25" Front hollow non adjustable, 1.00" rear, 3 way adjustable, with metal end-links)
combined with the Bilstein HD , non lowered B6 if I remember correctly.

This is a great street combo, and also good for light/moderate HPDE imo.

They also have this combo with P1 sized bars 35 mm front vs 31=1.25, so even larger than C6 Z06 sized to much for primarily street on a Sub 550 rwhp imo.

The Bilstein vs the C6 Z06 shocks have a wider dynamic range top-bottom and a more comfortable ride just cruising, and are worth the small price premium imo,
ymmv

Also,, contrary to what most people think, solid rotors on a street car work better than the drilled and slotted . It's just for a "look" on street cars.
If your raceing, it's a different deal all together..

I have the same set up too. Relatively inexpensive. And installed them myself. First suspension I ever installed.

I’m not sure who said that the Coilovers weren’t worth it but I disagree. I switched to the Viking Berserker double adjust and there is a huge range of adjustment.
Currently they are about $1800 total through Kelltrac. I run those with the Steinjager sways with adjustable heim joint links. Springs are 450/400lb
One of the nicest features is that I can go from a comfortable street ride to a drag strip setting or Autocross track. Recommended settings are included for all of those settings and work well.
For reference I make 453rwp On a soft compression mid rebound setting I can run from a street dig on 305/30-19 rear Yokohama. I can’t dump the clutch like slicks but it doesn’t take much pedal and throttle to get out of hole. Anyway this is just my thoughts. If your only looking for some stability then larger F/R sways with adjusting links is your best bet. Alternatively running double adjust coilovers would probably work just as well with stock sways and only adding the adjustable links. The links would be to set neutral after lowering.
