Default fuel questions

I heard from someone to check my long term fuel trims that could be contributing to loss of power and I found this. Does anyone know if these numbers are normal?

At that RPM and with those elevated fuel trim numbers you either have a fuel delivery or a MAF issue.

what I don’t understand is that the car doesn’t have a check engine light on or even shows any pending codes. What would be my first step to start trouble shooting it

You can monitor fuel pressure under load and clean your MAF sensor…what does your MAF sensor read at idle and under load ??…I normally read it in grams/second with a scan tool…the long term fuel trims will not set a code until they reach 23% I believe…loss of power can also be a clogged cat.

It helps if you tell the whole story. What are the events leading up to the problem? What mods have been done? Describe in detail the behavior of car.
