You will have to do a bunch of grinding on the lower control arms. There is no way around it and nobody I know of makes an aftermarket tubular lower control arm that is bolt-in. It is really easy to do, there are literally hundreds of us that have done it. Now, there aren't any commercially available that are pre-clearanced simply because they have to be clearenced to fit the specific wheels that you are running.

Fark’s Supercars makes a tubular lower control arm for the C5/C6. It’s a really nice piece.
But, the stock one can be made to fit with a bit of grinding, as mentioned above.
