Default Is this headlight gear issues?
The left headlight on my '03 is acting up......when you turn on the lights it comes most all the way up, then closes down but not all the way. Then, when you turn the lights off, it pops up and then completely closes........is this indicative of a worn gear? Or maybe something else?

Might be missing the white bump stops

Took headlight assembly apart....sure enough, the bottom stop was missing. Replaced and it works great now!!!
