Default Alignment Spec Conversion

Does anyone know what the conversion is from inches to degrees on alignments on OEM wheels and tires for 1/16" and 1/32" toe in? I'm not convinced my alignment tech is using the right conversion chart.

Bandit,
According to my alignment machine:
1/8" = 1/4 degree

I hope this helps.

So, if I want a 1/32" toe-in on the front, and 1/16" toe-in on the rear, what should the degree read out look like on the computer printout? :confused:

Is this what you you want?

1" = 4.775 degrees
1/2" (.500") = 2.387 degrees
1/4" (.250") = 1.193 degrees
1/8" (.125") = .596 degrees
1/16" (.0625") = .298 degrees
1/32 (.0312") = .149 degrees
1/64 (.0156") = .0746 degrees
etc., etc., etc.,

I believe C5Steins conversion is not correct or he misread it. Mine is direct from a dimensional engineering reference that I use everyday. Anyone else care to verify the info for Bandit1 or is the subject dead?
