2002 C5 Corvette Pcv Valve

2002 C5 Corvette Pcv Valve
Hello guys, I bought a pcv valve for my base model 2002. I open the hood up and I don't see the pcv valve elbow hose. I run the hose thru pass valve cover and there is no change in size of hose which indicates that there is no pcv valve.
I own this vette for a year, bought modified from guy who also didn't understand about mods. But cars runs and drives great no issues i that I can see. But only a smoke from tail pipe when cold start seems like valve stem seals which I don't have time and money to do. But I wanted to try replace pcv valve and install oil catch can maybe it fixes my issue but now I see that there is no pcv valve.
Where did it go?
