Default Tilton slave cylinder issue

Replaced clutch, slave,& master with Tilton parts(Tick master). Clutch has operated nicely for six months since swap. Recently the clutch pedal began sticking as I pull my foot up. Can feel it in my foot, feels like hydraulic cylinder sticking until pressure from my foot decreases enough that the pedal springs up. When this happens it’s essentially dropping the clutch with little ability to control the takeoff from stop.
If engine is not running clutch pedal feel is normal but if the engine is running the pedal feels as stated above. Does not need to be in gear to feel the issue, happens in neutral as well if engine is running.
Hydraulic fluid was replaced with new clutch. Changed fluid again to see if it helped issue, it did not help but fluid came out black with only six months use. The fluid is still in the bleeder bottle and a large(ish) amount of what I assume is friction material has settled to the bottom.
I am aware of the stock slave cylinder issue as it was an issue with the car before the clutch swap. Current issue seems like it may be similar but with all new parts.

Any thoughts?
