Tpms
I have also replaced TPMS sensors from Zip. I cant get them to learn. I swapped the front 2 tires from driver to passenger and they still don't work. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong but when I LEARNED the other Vette TPMS are working fine.
Am I missing something??

1 Do you know that you purchased the correct sensors. ‘97-‘00 are different than ‘01-‘04 sensors.
2. Do you know how to activate your sensors? OEM style require a magnet and are no longer available except as NOS. More recent ones from companies like Schrader require a triggering tool. I believe there are more generic type that require vehicle specific programming before they are C5 compatible.
3. Do you know how to do the C5 relearn procedure?
There is an extremely comprehensive TPMS thread written by a Forum member just a few months ago. You may want to search the forum.

Since you swapped around tires and such, put them on and start the re-learn process again and all 4 should register. If the triggering tool doesn't work, you could have a bad sensor. I had a similar issue using a magnet on my last set of tires and the cheap trigger tool worked great-

i bought the TPMMS triggering tool from Amazon.in the link.
And I wasn’t able to get it to work, (I didn’t put the 9v battery in and the TX light would flash) .
I just had Discount tire replace bad rear TPM sensors. The front ones were replaced about three years ago2004 C5.
I’m not sure what I was doing wrong? Maybe I have a bad relearn tool so I was just gonna return it, and try to go with the strong magnet, if I can find one, any suggestions? Thanks.

If you need a magnet, I found the one of those magnetic parts trays works well. I did not even remove the magnet from the tray.
