Chicago Tuner?

Any good shops in Chicago for header and exhaust install and tuning?

Search in or post this over in the Great Lakes section, and you'll get some info/replies. There is a place in Elk Grove Village, and another in (I think) Orland Park (both Chicago suburbs). Don't recall more details, but both are well regarded.

Call Powerhouse Performance in Orland Park, IL (South Chicago Suburb)... Ask for John and Chris. These guys ROCK when it comes to service on exhaust mods and offering great customer service. THey come up with great out of the box ideas that most tuners don't even think of and their attention to detail and clean and professional installs are awesome. THey also do great tuning via ls1 edit.

Tell them i referred you as i am their original customer.

FLP, in Naperville. They make the headers, and when I bought mine, they would install them for $300. Good price, and after I finished mine in the garage, after looking at all of the scrapes, and cuts on my hands, I'd wished that I would've paid it. The good thing is, there is nothing like the feeling of pride, and accomplishment from doing it yourself (not to mention saving the $300 to put on another mod). Give 'em a call, and ask for Mitch.
