ABS Module
Several weeks ago my abs/traction control lights came on along with a message to service them. I ran a code check and code c1218 H came up. I cleared the code but that did not solve anything. I then cleaned several grounds and again problem still there. I then cleaned the ground that on the left side of
my engine compartment just to the rear of the headlight assy. The warning lights did not come on and there were no codes. This lasted for about 10 days and now the warning lights and code are back. I checked my battery and alternator and they were fine.
I was wondering if there is anything else I can do before removing the module for repair? Is it safe to drive without the module in the car?
