Default Instrument Cluster Bulbs
2002 base model. I removed the instrument cluster due to non-working lighting. I found that all of the bulbs and bases were missing. I need to buy them. Can anyone tell me what I need for the bases and bulbs?

I think they are T5, based on this thread.
Also, Zip Corvette sells some light upgrade kits, and though I don't see any for the DIC they may know what bulbs are used inside it. An email or phone call to them might prove fruitful.

I talked to the shop that reported they repaired/replaced the instrument cluster. My guess is, they replaced with a reman and didn’t switch bulb bases over to the new cluster. Their records aren’t great and it’s been over 2 years. Only base/bulb there was the high beam.

So you have been driving around for 2 years with no lighting and no working warning lights working? Check engine, traction control, brake, etc?

Very possible, but all of them? Guess we’ll see. Only had 14,000 miles when it was taken to that shop for instrument cluster.

Even if they removed the CEL, the DIC will show you any problem codes so hopefully it wasn't removed to try to hide anything

There are no codes and nothing on scanner either. Not sure what happened, but will hopefully know soon if I can get them replaced.
