I just got a ‘98 coupe and have been trouble shooting a few issues. One of them being that the washer fluid has stopped spraying. I poured through the threads and started by checking the lines, blowing air through them to make sure there wasn’t a clog. After that I checked to see if I could hear the pump working and couldn’t hear anything so I changed it but still nothing. I replaced the 25a fuse in the passenger side footwell with no success.
I can’t seem to find much more information on what else the issue could be. Maybe the fluid level sensor but I’m not sure why that would prevent fluid from spraying.

any advice would be much appreciated
At this point the only thing left to do is what should have been your step #1....check for 12v and ground at the pump connector with a DMM....or test light
